Neither S10HOME nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.
UK shipping
- For small items (textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories) please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive
- For large items (furniture, large lighting, mirrors, and rugs) please allow two to four weeks for your order to arrive
If your order contains both small and furniture items, they will be delivered separately and you will receive a dispatch confirmation with further information regarding your delivery for each shipment.
Any preorder and made-to-order products will be dispatched in line with the timings shown in your order confirmation.
Small items
Available on all smaller items: floor lights, footstools, textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories.
Members get free delivery on all small item deliveries, excluding third-party.

Large items
Available on all tables and chairs.
We will reach out to you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date once your order is ready for dispatch.
We will endeavour to deliver to your room of choice (subject to access requirements) and remove the packaging and do the maintenance for you which is included in the rate.
For orders shipped with The British Shop, delivery will be made to the nearest covered part of your residence and assembly will not be included. Please note, your order will arrive boxed and will not be subject to the removal of packaging.
US & Canada shipping
- For small items (textiles, table lamps, tableware, and accessories) please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive
- For large items (furniture, large lighting, mirrors, and rugs) please allow four to five weeks for your order to arrive

If your order includes a combination of large items (furniture, large rugs, lighting) and small items, they will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.

Orders are dispatched with our shipping partner, FedEx and will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm (local time).

We are unable to ship large or heavy items to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders to these states will be cancelled and you'll be refunded - apologies for any inconvenience.
